In solid stainless steel, the planchas are made in our French workshops. They measure up to each of our barbecues, and are simply to crochet on hooks welded to vertical fireplaces.
This allows you to adjust the height, and therefore the intensity, and preserve the benefits of wood-fired cooking.
The wooden handles are removable and allow you a comfortable grip without risking to burn yourself.
